What is the difference between manufacturers warranty and extended warranty?

Manufacturers warranty covers any faults that are not a result of user error. Covering 1 year from the date of purchase. Should there be any manufacturing or part faults, we will either repair, replace or refund the applicable item/s.

Extended warranty is the same coverage as above for an additional 2 years from the date of purchase.

What is covered?

Both manufactures and extended warranty is inclusive of faults on any parts of the Phoenix Gun, that is not a result of user error . It is inclusive of; product arriving damaged, product failing to start, product no longer turning on, any heads snapping/ splitting upon first use.

What isn’t covered?

Phoenix gun will not cover any of the following under both manufactures warranty and extended warranty:

  • Faults found to be caused by mis use or user error, including but not limited to: liquid/ lotion damage, drops/ accidents, improper use of electrical supply, use of unauthorised accessories and unsafe use.
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches and dents
  • Lack of maintenance
  • Unauthorised repairs or attempted repairs

How do I purchase extended warranty? 

Our 3 year extended warranty is available for purchase at our checkout. Simply add selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our extended warranty is offered at the top of the page, select the add to cart button and it will be applied automatically to your order. 

Do I need to register the extended warranty?

No you do not need to register the extended warranty. Our warranty is automatically applied to your order and stored in our records. 

What is the process for redeeming warranty?

To redeem your warranty you must contact us with your order number and specific details of the fault. To have the device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned to us for assessment. Phoenix Gun must have approved the warranty claim prior to the item being returned to us.

All warranty claims are dealt with on a case by case basis. Depending on stock of certain parts, we may either repair, replace or refund the item. Please contact us for one of our team members to asses your case.
